A very hearty welcome to all of you. I am Afsar Azeez, chef and author of this blog living in Ballari, Karnataka , India, with my husband and two sons (my family). I am very passionate about cooking. The reason for me to start blogging is my family, with my husband being my constant support in cooking . The recipes which will be shared are tried and cooked by me and relished by my loving family . The recipes are simple ,delicious Indian Veg and Non- veg recipes which are easy to cook. I have learnt these recipes from my Nani (Grandma) ,Ammi (Mother) and Amma (Mother-in-law). I follow their method but also have developed my own by adding and substituting ingredients. I use ingredients , easily available in local markets and stores. Cooking is very easy ; by using quality ingredients in correct quantity, delicious food/dishes can be prepared. You also need to cook with love and patience The appreciation from my school friends (HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS FOR EVER),for my cooking is also my encouragement. BON APPETIT .
